Notice of Annual Meeting

The West Virginia Bar Foundation will host its Annual Meeting virtually on June 5, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Members will hear about all of the accomplishments that the Foundation has achieved during the past year and will elect Directors to fill four seats on the Board for the next three years and will elect Officers for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

Nominations for Board of Directors Members to serve a three-year term from 2025-2028 have been made as follows:

• Norwood Bentley, Martinsburg
• Sandra Chapman, Wheeling
• Olubunmi Kusimo-Frazier, Charleston
• Barry Taylor, Huntington

Nominations for Officers to serve for the 2025-2026 fiscal year:
